Yep! The Red Cross Youth have come up with the idea to ask for Disaster Relief Fund donations instead of candy on Halloween. They've even made a customizable flier that explains the whole idea.It's a cool plan. As long as people are knocking on doors, they may as well help a good cause. I bet they'll pick up a fair amount of candy along the way too.
